Smt. Mini Antony is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Kerala cadre. During her distinguished career, she served as Secretary to the Government in the Departments of Cooperation, Cultural Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs, Social Justice, Women and Child Development, Minority Welfare, Public Relations, and Museums, Archaeology & Archives.

She also served as Director of Fisheries, Kerala State Lotteries, Social Justice, and Public Relations. In addition, she held the positions of District Collector of Alappuzha and Kottayam districts. Following the establishment of Kerala Bank, she served as its first Chairperson for one year.

She participated in Faculty Improvement Programmes at the Korea Development Institute (KDI), Seoul, South Korea, and the Center for International Development at Syracuse University, USA.

Mr. S.J. Vijayadas is currently serving as the Chief Project Examiner at Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). He is a 1997 batch Indian Engineering Services (IES) officer with over 30 years of experience in the field of project execution, inspections and quality management.

Prior to the current assignment he worked as the Assistant Chief Technical Examiner under the Department of Finance, Government of Kerala and held full additional charge of Chief Technical Examiner for about 2 years. He was a technical member in the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and member of committees related to the Kannur Airport Project. He also served as the Joint Chief Engineer (Civil) at BSNL Chennai before joining KIIFB. During his tenure in BSNL(Civil) he was responsible for construction of various infrastructure projects in telecom sector. He has worked as Project Engineer in National Diary Development Board for various diary projects. He has also provided consultancy services to various urban and rural infrastructure sector for projects funded by agencies like DFID, AUSAID etc.

Mr. S.J. Vijayadas has received specialized training for Green Buildings under the GRIHA/TERI scheme, Rainwater harvesting at the Centre for Science and Environment in New Delhi, Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001-2000.

K.P. Purushothaman is a Civil Engineer, an MBA graduate, a PG Diploma in Construction Management who also won the Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), Central Government Commendation Card, and Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) for his service to the nation. He has + 35 years of experience in the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, and buildings. He is the Executive Director of KIIFB.

He was the Additional Director General (ADG) for the Border Road Organization (BRO) and was the Chief Engineer for the Construction of the Atal Tunnel, in Himachal Pradesh. K.P. Purushothaman was involved in the construction of many prestigious roads, bridges, and tunnels across India, especially at China, and Pakistan border projects. He is well experienced in multi-storied building construction and design with CPWD and served as the Chief Technical Examiner (CTE) in the Finance Department of the Government of Kerala.

Shri Reji John, is a distinguished person in Public Finance Management With extensive expertise in State Budgeting, Audit, and Accounting . Currently, he serves as the Joint Secretary in the Finance Department, Government of Kerala and the Joint Fund Manager of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). Shri Reji John has held pivotal roles including Director (Finance) at Kerala Rail Development Corporation (KRDCL), Director at Kerala State Inland Navigation Corporation (KSINC), and Finance Officer at the SC/ST Development Department.
