Invitation for Business Partnership – KIIFCON Pvt. Ltd.
KIIFCON Pvt. Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of KIIFB, invites eligible and experienced
firms for entering into strategic business partnerships. We seek partners with strong
financial standing, technical expertise, and a proven track record in infrastructure and
consulting services.
Eligibility Criteria
1. General Requirements
> The applicant must be a legally registered entity, including:
- Sole Proprietorship
- Public Sector Undertaking
- Private or Public Limited Company
- Partnership Firm
- Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- Society/ Trusts
- Supporting Documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA/AOA), or Certification from a Registered Company Secretary/Chartered Accountant or Certificate of Registration of Registrar of Trust and Trust Deed.
2. Financial Capacity
- Supporting Documents:
o Audited financial statements (Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts) for the last five financial years.
o Auditor’s Certificate specifying net worth and methodology used for its calculation.
2. Technical Capacity
The applicant must have:
- Executed at least one eligible project mentioned in sectors given below.
- Adequate Technical Manpower resources in the respective sector.
- Supporting Documents:
o Certificates from a statutory auditor detailing payments received for each eligible project.
o Work Orders/Completion Certificates from the client department.
o Submit details of technical manpower resources, including key experts.
