AFC and KIIFCON sign MoU

KIIFCON Pvt. Ltd., the consultancy arm of Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Agriculture Finance Corporation Ltd. (AFC) on 07th April 2026.

This strategic collaboration is aimed at leveraging the combined expertise of both organizations to deliver consultancy services (including but not limited to pre-feasibility studies, detailed project reports, feasibility studies, design studies, master planning, transaction advisory, construction supervision, project management services, etc.) for development and implementation of Civil Construction and infrastructure projects in the identified field but not limited to tourism infrastructure, residential & non-residential building works, roads, highways, expressways, bridges, underpass & flyovers, urban transport. energy, airports, urban/industrial planning, sustainability, building design ropeways, etc. for domestic and international projects.
