KIIFCON, engineering consultants for sustainable innovation

KIIFB’s new arm, KIIFCON aims to create sustainable and innovative solutions and operate globally as professional consulting engineers. KIIFCON intends to change the face of the Infrastructure Sector in Kerala by offering professional technical services to Engineering Organizations. It was formed to cultivate a culture for developing a design with BIM modelling, sustainable design, and other innovative technical solutions.

KIIFB has developed significant expertise in handling the entire lifecycle activities of infrastructure projects such as identification of projects, proposal development, project appraisal, quality assurance, fund mobilization, and project management. In its functioning, KIIFB has also continuously sought to raise the standards of infrastructure development of state-level entities by adopting best practices followed by major development financing institutions in the world. Moreover, KIIFB continuously strives to enhance the capacity of State PSUs that are functioning as SPVs for KIIFB-funded projects through regular training, periodic monitoring, performance benchmarking, and adopting international best practices for the implementation of projects.

There has been an exponential growth in demand from various Departments and PSUs under the Government of Kerala and the Central Government for consultancy services for infrastructure projects during recent years.
